Philippe FERTRAY

Comedian on stage, PHILIPPE FERTRAY works on the confusion of languages and the difficulty in deciphering the contemporary world. He gained recognition for his show "Pas d’souci," which won a "P’tit Molière" in 2016. He is a member of the Académie Alphonse Allais.

His latest play, "Likez-vous les uns les autres," is an offbeat fable about the "post-world" shaped by the digital revolution and the adverse effects of social networks. His shows are always visually strong with colorful propositions. His language is rich and abundant. When a word doesn't exist, he invents it. He is a kind of unclassifiable jack-of-all-trades.

VISUAL PROPOSITION

His shows are very colorful: floral papers, flowery clothes, videos...

The costumes are on stage. He changes according to the characters.

Objects play an important role: a plastic fish, a luminous flower, a cruet, castanets, a Chinese parasol...

The set is extremely simple: a chair, a folding table, a clothes rack, a shopping cart, a basin, a jug...

Some video interventions.
