  • Vincent FISCHER


    Talent agent, founder of ECI TALENT, Vincent Fischer has lived and worked full-time in Montreal, New York, London, and Beijing.

    After earning a BAA from HEC Montreal in 1988, he worked in Canada, where he became a key player in sponsorship (Symbiose) and in international TV program sales (ScienceTV Distribution). He later worked in New York as U.S. Managing Director and then in London as EVP Global Business Development, at CAPITAL EVENTS, the event agency that was Europe's leader and the world's third largest.

    After 18 years in Montreal, New York, and London, Vincent returned to Paris in 2003 to launch the speakers’ bureau GLAMSPEAK and endorsement agency GLAMCOM. He engaged hundreds of speakers for corporate conventions and signed major international endorsement deals, such as PENELOPE CRUZ for HONDA and GEORGE CLOONEY for NESPRESSO. Following the global success of the CLOONEY/NESPRESSO partnership, GLAMCOM became Southern Europe's exclusive partner for  PLATINUM RYE the world's leading endorsement agency based in NYC. For 5 years, Vincent negotiated all celebrity contracts for the agency's clients in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece.

    A talent agent since 2008, initially under the AGENTS ASSOCIES banner, Vincent now heads the artistic agency ENTERTAINMENT CREATIVE INTERFACE (ECI), founded in Paris in 2010, which had offices in Los Angeles (for 4 years) and Beijing (for 12 years).

    Vincent has attended film, TV, licensing & merchandising, and marketing festivals and markets worldwide for over 30 years.

    From 2012 to 2023, he led the CHINA CREATIVE CLUB (CCC), a collective of artistic talent and creative producers based in China. CCC’s last seminar focused on "How to maintain top-level international creativity in a globalized content environment."

    He has written three books, published in Canada, France, South Korea, and the United States: “Sponsorship, Tomorrow's Advertising,” “TV Sponsorship in America,” and “International Sponsorship.”

    Now based in Paris, Vincent is full-time dedicated to developing the talent agency ECI TALENT.

    With an energetic personality and a radiant charisma, Marie MENAGER-GUERIN is a key figure in talent management in France.

    As the General Manager of LunaCom agency, where she oversees the Talents division, she works in collaboration with Vincent Fischer for ECI TALENTS.

    Her background, sensitivity, and experience in the artistic world give her a unique ability to spot actors and actresses with the greatest potential, help them grow, and create opportunities with producers, distributors, and broadcasters, both in France and internationally.

    Marie MENAGER-GUERIN has built a true network of trust within the audiovisual industry, thanks to her human-centered approach, deep respect for creativity, and special connection with those she chooses to support, fostering a constructive vision of their careers in the short, medium, and long term.
